If I am allergic to nuts, is it safe to order any cookie?

We are not a nut-free kitchen as several of our cookies contain nuts.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Orders need to be placed 24 hours in advance.

Do you have any tips for keeping the cookies fresh?

Nothing Like It cookies are made fresh and without preservatives so they are meant to be enjoyed within 3 to 5 days.  A good trick for keeping our cookies soft is to add a piece of white bread in a container with the cookies.

If you’re looking to keep your cookies for longer, our individually wrapped bags make it easy to freeze them for up to 6 months.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

I have a special event that I’d like to have your cookies for. Can you customize the packaging?

We have ribbons and boxes that are perfect for most occasions (reference the Packaging section of our website).Our creative team is also happy to work with you to customize a design that works best with your event.  Please e-mail sales@nothinglikeit.com for more information.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in United States via UPS and offer delivery service for orders within Dallas and surrounding areas.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours of being placed.
